The Los Angeles City Council unanimously adopted a resolution reaffirming the support of LA to the people of Artsakh. This was reported by the press service of the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry.

Thus, the council declared November 9 a Day of Remembrance for the victims of the Azerbaijani aggression. The resolution states that Azerbaijan used cluster bombs and other weapons banned under international law, including white phosphorus to intimidate the civilian population.
