Due to the unprecedented heat, the problem of drinking water in Stepanakert remains a serious problem, Artsakh’s State Emergency Service says.

The working group set up jointly with the State Emergency Service the Water and Sewerage company supplies water to the residents of Stepanakert day and night.

Fire trucks roam the streets to deliver drinking water to the population. Rescuers help elderly people with disabilities.

About 30% of the capital has water problems at the moment.
