They can be more intense, lasting more than a week or 10 days, up to a month, maybe even longer, when it comes to the Mediterranean. The temperature of each heat wave can rise.

“Another aspect that has already had an impact on climate change is rising sea levels.” And this means that the probability of floods increases, as happened in Germany in July, killing dozens of people. All these natural disasters are man-made, Euronews emphasizes, noting that experts say it is time to change the irresponsible attitude towards the environment.
