Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili has congratulated Nikol Pashinyan on his appointment as Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia.
Gharibashvili’s message reads: “Let me sincerely congratulate you on your appointment to the post of Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia. The geopolitical dynamics of the region, the existing challenges make the cooperation between our countries more significant, both bilaterally and regionally. I believe that the close ties and traditional good-neighborly relations established during the centuries between Georgia and the Republic of Armenia will be further strengthened in the future. I would like to express my readiness for an active dialogue to further strengthen this mutually beneficial cooperation. Your Excellency, I would like to reaffirm my deep respect and wish you, the fraternal Armenian people, peace and prosperity.”
