On the night of July 28, while resisting a provocation carried out by the Azerbaijani armed forces, Sen.  Lt. Hayk Gorgyan, Pte. Koryun Harutyunyan and Pte. Davit Kocharyan were killed, Armenian Ministry of Defense said in a statement. The Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia shares the grief of the loss, expresses support to the families and friends of the killed servicemen. Three servicemen received gunshot wounds during the hostilities.
