Some 18,087 real estate transactions were registered in June, which is by about 2,000 more than those registered in May 2020, according to the Cadaster Committee data.

Transactions registered in June exceed those registered in the same month of the previous year. The difference is 3,673 deals or an increase of 25%.

In June 2021, real estate alienations predominate among the real estate transactions. Most transactions are alienation deals, mortgage and inheritance transactions.

Most of the deals were registered in Yerevan, followed by Kotayk and Ararat Provinces. The smallest number of transactions was registered in Vayots Dzor Province.
