Lilit Makunts, the No 3 on the Civil Contract party slate, has submitted a self-recusal application to the Central Electoral Commission, CEC Secretary Armen Smbatyan has told Armenpress.

He said as of 12:00, the CEC has received two such applications, the other one being from the second president of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan, who headed the Armenia bloc.
