Armenian Holy King Church in Istanbul targeted again by Turkish nationalists

A video showing several young people climbing on the church and dancing on the entrance door was appeared on the Internet yesterday.
Garo Palyan, an Armenian member of the Turkish Parliament, condemning the young people’s action, calling on the Ministry of Internal Affairs to investigate the police officers working on the spot. It is not yet known whether the law enforcement agencies have taken any actions.
In April 2018, the Holy King Armenian Church was targeted by nationalists. An unknown person emptied a trash can at the entrance of the church, and wrote on the wall of the building, “Erzrum resident. This homeland is ours.”
