Another body was found today as a result of search operations carried out in the Varanda (Fizuli), which is out of Artsakh’s control. This was reported by Artsakh’s State Service of Emergency Situations. The rescuers of Artsakh evacuated the body of the Armenian soldier (volunteer or reserve) and transferred it to the Stepanakert Forensic-Medical Expertise Bureau, after which it will be transferred to Armenia to find out the identity. Thus, after the cessation of hostilities, a total of 1.543 bodies were found or transferred to the Armenian side from the territories under the control of Azerbaijan.
