As of 11:00 am on April 17, a total of 207․973 cases of COVID has been confirmed, of which 187.256 have recovered and 3.859 died. 15.880 patients are currently under treatment. A total of 931.583 tests has been performed. Thus, 5.290 tests were performed yesterday, from which 870 new cases of COVID were confirmed. Since yesterday 1.056 people have recovered and 24 died. The previous day, 9 cases of death were registered, when the patients had a coronavirus infection, but the death occurred because of another disease. The total number of such cases is 978.
