CSTO summit opens in Tajikistan capital

The meeting of the the leaders of the Collective Security Treaty Organization opened in Dushanbe, Tajikistan, RIA Novosti reported. Tajikistan’s presidency in the CSTO coincided with a period of extraordinary challenges and threats, Tajik President Emomali Rahmon said at the opening of the event.
