The President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev again visited the occupied territories of Artsakh with his wife Mehriban Aliyeva and daughter Leyla Aliyeva. They visited Kashatagh, Zangelan, Jabrail, and Fizuli regions, Azerbaijani media reported. The Aliyevs took part in the opening of the hydroelectric power plant built in Kashatagh, planted trees, and also participated in the foundation of the Horadiz-Akbend railway line. No other details of the visit have been presented yet.
