Moderna vaccine may become cheaper in future – Nubar Afeyan

I think people over the age of 65 will need a third vaccine, Nubar Afeyan, a co-founder of the Moderna company, said at the meeting with the YSMU staff. Commenting on the possibility of supplying the vaccine to Armenia, Afeyan said: “As a philanthropist, I can say that no one can get a vaccine, donate it to someone else, it will be illegal. Buying a vaccine is like buying a weapon, the government must say whether you have the right to buy it or not.”
He said, in the coming months, charities may have the right to purchase and donate a vaccine. He also said that their vaccine may become cheaper.
