Taliban claims it has seized border checkpoint with Iran

According to the source, the settlement of Islam-Kala is completely controlled by the members of the movement. It is reported that the Taliban intend to resume the work of the border checkpoint today. Zabiullah Mojahedin, a member of the Taliban extremist movement, said the militants had captured a total of 169 districts in different parts of Afghanistan, while one of the Afghan generals denied this information. A Taliban spokesman said the Taliban had seized control of 167 of the 400 districts in the past two months and had recently taken control of two districts in Herat and Zabul provinces.
