One of the captives returned to Armenia on December 4, Lt. S. A. and contract serviceman R.N. have been detained by two months and one month, respectively, by a court decision, their lawyers told Factor.am.

The court rejected the motion to detain Maj. N.E, the deputy battalion commander.

Five out of 10 prisoners who returned to Armenia on Saturday were charged with violating the rules of military duty or military service.
