As a result of operative-investigative measures carried out by the National Security Service Kotayk Regional Department, evidence was obtained that the director of the company engaged in business activity violated the requirements of a number of legal acts on land use, subsoil extraction in Zoravan, Kotayk province in 2012-2019.
In the territory of the community, without the relevant license for entrails use and other documents, carried out illegal extraction of soil and entrails, as a result of which about 250,000 m3 of basalt ore was illegally extracted. As a result of the illegal business, the state was not paid AMD 816,500,000 in various taxes and other mandatory payments.
