Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan visited the Ministry of High Technological Industry and introduced the newly appointed Minister Vahagn Khachaturyan to the staff.

The prime minister first thanked Hayk Chobanyan for his activity as a minister, emphasizing that they would discuss with him the issue of finding a correct, effective measure of further cooperation. Pashinyan then congratulated Vahagn Khachaturyan on assuming the post of Minister of High Technological Industry, spoke about the reactions in the press related to the appointment.

“Mr. Khachaturyan is the representative of the generation who during the leadership of Karen Demirchyan directly participated in the industrialization of Armenia. And I want to emphasize this context that in the Soviet times, in the 70s and 80s, the Republic of Armenia was really a highly industrial country by the standards of that time. “
