Serviceman Aramayis Torozyan and driver Artur Nalbandyan, serving at a military unit in the south-eastern section of the Armenian border, were lost early on July 14 in foggy conditions while performing their duties in a military vehicle.

In response to Factor.am’s inquiry, the Minsitry of Defense said that search and rescue operations are still underway and that “Russian partners” are also involved, without nay success so far.
