As of 11:00 a.m. on May 1, a total of 216,596 cases of COVID has been confirmed, 199.115 of which have recovered and 4.128 died. 12.333 patients are currently under treatment. A total of 988.086 tests has been performed so far. Thus, 4.430 tests were performed yesterday, from which 532 new cases of COVID were confirmed. Since yesterday 980 people have recovered and 20 died. The previous day, 2 deaths were registered, when the patients had a coronavirus infection, but the death occurred because of another disease. The total number of such cases is 1020.
