Peskov talked about Pashinyan’s resignation

29.03.2021 | 12:55The decision on the intention of the Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan to resign does not require an immediate conversation with the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin․ The communication is permanent either way, spokesperson for the Russian president Dmitry Peskov stated this, RIA Novosti reports.
“First of all, he remains in the office, and besides, the announced decision does not require immediate conversation. They recently talked as we have reported, and the communication is permanent,” Peskov told reporters in response to a question whether a telephone conversation with Pashinyan is planned.
It should be reminded that RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced during a meeting with the residents of the Armavir region that he would resign in April to hold snap parliamentary elections.
