The last week of September has been moved to the first Sunday of October.
“We have come to a common conclusion that the first Sunday of October should be celebrated as the Day of National Minorities in Armenia. , I think the first Sunday of October is a good time to celebrate National Minorities Day. Why did we change it? We moved it from the last week of September to the first Sunday of October, because every 7 years it is possible that it coincides with September 27. And we can’t celebrate September 27th until we have a corresponding victory,” said Rustam Bakoyan, presenting the project.
