The National Security Service of Artsakh responded to a call at around 1 p.m. today about a 66-year-old resident of Chartar village who was lost.

The Service took necessary measures to locate the man and found out that the man, after getting lost, appeared in the territory under the control of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces and was detained. The incident was immediately reported to the Russian peacekeepers.

Negotiations are currently underway to return the man.
