A meeting between Ararat Mirzoyan and Ceyhun Bayramov may be held on the sidelines of the 28th OSCE Ministerial Council meeting, Ministry of Foreign Affairs Spokesman Vahan Hunanyan told Factor.am.
The 28th OSCE Ministerial Council meeting opened yesterday, and the possibility of a meeting between Mirzoyan and Bayramov was announced the day before by the representative of the EU Foreign Ministry Luc Devigne, who said it was expected on December 2. The Armenian MFA spokesperson confirmed yesterday that such a meeting may take place.
