As we have already informed, a citizen was missing in Artsakh. The Artsakh Police informs that he was found burnt. Due to the operative measures taken by the officers of Martuni regional department of the NKR Ministry of Internal Affairs, the body of Vrezh Poghosyan, a 48-year-old resident of the Karmir Shuka community in Martuni region, was recently found burnt.
It should be reminded that Vrezh Poghosyan left home at around 23:00 last night and did not return. The Investigative Committee of Artsakh is conducting a preliminary investigation to find out the details of the case. The Martuni regional police department is inspecting the case.
Notification: a person suspected or accused of an alleged crime is presumed innocent until proven guilty in accordance with the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Artsakh by a court judgment that entered into force.
