Under guise of unblocking roads, Azerbaijan attempting to isolate Armenian settlements

In the village of Shikahogh, Kapan community, Syunik region, people face many personal problems on the Chakaten-Kapan road, from education to agriculture, due to so-called border and customs control imposed by Azerbaijan; the same goes for Chakaten, Armenian Ombudsman Arman Tatoyan wrote on his Facebook page.
Yesterday, accompanied by head of Kapan community Gevorg Parsyan, Tatoyan Tatoyan visited those settlements.
He said it is obvious to him that under the guise of unblocking the roads, Azerbaijan is pursuing a targeted policy of isolating Armenian settlements and causing humanitarian problems.
The so-called Azerbaijani border and customs control imposed on the Goris-Kapan road In Syunik on November 11, 2021 has nothing to do with its goals.
