Armenian Minister of Defense Suren Papikyan met with Lt. Gen. Rustam Muradov on November 17 and briefed him on the Nov. 16 combat on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border.

He also provided information on the captured Armenian servicemen. An agreement was reached to continue intensive work both for the return of the captured servicemen and for the search for the MIAs.
