On November 16, at around 13:00, units of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces opened fire at Armenian positions located on the eastern borderline of the Republic of Armenia, A Ministry of Defense said in a statement. The statement says the Armenian forces s took retaliatory actions in order to prevent the enemy’s advance. The Ministry of Defense said it would provide updates on further developments.
