Outflow from border villages is a matter of national security – Sanosyan

In response of MP Armenuhi Kyureghyan’s question regarding enlargement of communities, Minister of Territorial Administration said that outflow from border settlement has been going on for a really long time, especially from smaller and remote border settlements.
“It is a serious issue, even a national security issue,” he said.
He said the enlargement process has started only recently. “In other words, the enlargement cannot have already affected this fact [of outflow]. On the contrary, we are now enlarging to counter that phenomenon. The idea of the whole enlargement process is that we should fight it, “Sanosyan said.
