28.10.2021 | 15:01No meeting between Pashinyan and Aliyev is planned for November 9, Secretary of the Security Council Armen Grigoryan told reporters today, referring to media reports that a meeting is planned in Moscow, where the leaders of Armenia and Azerbaijan will sign two documents, one on the territorial recognition of the two countries and the other on communications.
“We have mentioned many times that if any process is going on, we will let you know,” Grigoryan said. He underscored that Armenia is ready for the process of demarcation and demarcation with Azerbaijan.
“One of the possible approaches is the mirror withdrawal of the Armenian and Azerbaijani troops, the deployment of border troops of the two countries in the relevant territories and the start of delimitation and demarcation,” Grigoryan said. He added that there are no obstacles for Armenia at the moment.
“We have stated that we are ready to start the process of demarcation and delimitation, we expect a positive signal from Azerbaijan in that regard,” Grigoryan said. He said Azerbaijan has voiced it at the UN, but the process is not moving forward.
“It seems that they made such a statement at the UN in September, but we cannot move forward in this regard.
