Doesn’t Mr. Lavrov know how or guys were captured after November 10? – Mehrabyan

The resumption of negotiations on Artsakh remains an absolute imperative and priority for Armenia, Ruben Mehrabyan, a political scientist, said at the forum entitled “One year after the 44-day Artsakh war”.
