20.09.2021 | 19:08The level of vaccinations in Georgia has decreased in recent days, but in some regions the vaccination rate is quite good, Deputy Health Minister Tamar Gabunia told reporters, EurAsia Daily reported.
“Vaccination rates are quite good in some areas. Tbilisi is the leader. The number of vaccinated people in the capital is more than 60% of the adult population, but the same cannot be said about other regions,” said Gabunia. She noted that the low level of vaccinations in the older age group requires special attention, and more promotion of the vaccination program is needed.
