Eight killed in shooting at Russian university in Perm; gunman apprehended
A gunman opened fire and killed at least eight people at a university in the Urals city of Perm before being apprehended, VOA reported.
The Investigative Committee said in a statement on September 20 that the gunman was wounded during his apprehension. Several others were injured.
“The suspect has been identified. During his arrest, he resisted and was wounded,” the statement said.
It gave no further details on the shooter’s condition.
