The OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs (Igor Popov from Russia, Stéphane Visconti from France, and Andrew Chaffer from the United States) issued the following statement today:

“On February 16, the Co-Chairs spoke separately to Armenian Foreign Minister Ara Ayvazyan and Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Bayramov via video call. The personal representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk also took part. The Co-Chairs held a long and substantive exchange of views with each minister on issues related to promoting stability in the region and the formats of the mediation process”.
