Armenia’s Human Rights Defender reaffirms his statement that the Azerbaijani servicemen are deliberately setting fire to areas near the villages of Sotk and Kut in Gegharkunik province, the ombudsman’s staff said in a statement.

The Azerbaijan Ministry of Defense of issued an official statement yesterday, denying the published undeniable facts. All these facts were passed on to the ombudsman’s staff by the villagers. We have thoroughly verified this from several sources, including objective evidence. It was decided to publish not all of them, but after the denial of the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry, we publish an additional video proving that it was made from the village of Kut two days ago, at around 22:30.
