Arayik Harutyunyan paid tribute at the city memorial

On February 20th, the president of the Artsakh Republic Arayik Harutyunyan, together with senior government officials and Bishop Vrtanes Abrahamyan, took part in the procession dedicated to the 33rd anniversary of the Artsakh movement, laid flowers at the Stepanakert city memorial.
According to the Central Information Department of the Office of the AR President, Harutyunyan also visited the military pantheon and paid tribute to the memory of those killed while defending the homeland.
