Armenia and Georgia are considering launching a high-speed train between Yerevan and Tbilisi, the travel time of which will be 2.5-3 hours, according to aliq.ge. The decision was made after a meeting of the two countries’ economy ministers. According to the parties, the initiative will contribute to the development of tourism.

Armenian also offered to discuss the possibilities of implementing a number of other joint projects in the fields of tourism and energy in order to be more attractive in the region.
