According to the court decision, Pavlik Manukyan was sentenced to 10 years in prison ․ 2 years of detention was taken into account and the final sentence was 7 years of imprisonment. Gagik Yeghiazaryan was sentenced to 7 years and 5 months, Areg Kyureghyan to 7 years and 1 month, Varuzhan Avetisyan to 9 years and 6 months of imprisonment, from which he was released from 2 years of detention. The final sentence was 7 years and 4 months of imprisonment.

Smbat Barseghyan, a member of the group, was sentenced to 25 years in prison, Armen Bilyan to 4 years, Sedrak Nazaryan to 8 years and 2 months, Edward Grigoryan to 6 years and 6 months, and Mkhitar Avetisyan to 7 years and 6 months in prison. It should be noted that Armen Bilyan’s detention was lifted in court, and he will remain free until the decision of the court enters into force.

The criminal prosecution against Arayik Khandoyan was terminated on the grounds of his death. It should be noted that there should have been an amnesty, which would have reduced the sentences of the defendants, but, as we have informed, the amnesty did not work in this case. It should be reminded that on July 17, during the capture of the PPS regiment, police lieutenant colonel Arthur Vanoyan died, and then Gagik Mkrtchyan and Yuri Tepanosyan. The latter, according to the official report, died from a sniper shot. The members of the group do not accept the accusations.
