Daniel Ioannisyan, the coordinator of the Union of Informed Citizens, NGO, said in a Facebook post that the Independent Observer had discovered a number of problems.

“After studying the spreadsheets, the Independent Observer found a number of obvious mistakes in polling stations 4/2, 4/3, 4/9, 4/16, 4/44, 9/55, 10/43, 14/8, 23/42, 23 /47, 24/4, 25/34, 33/31, 35/30. There is a significant difference between the number of voters and the “total number of invalid ballots” cast. The Independent Observer’s statistical study shows that the published results of the mentioned polling stations lack about 2,000 votes for the Civil Contract, and about 700 votes for the Armenia bloc. We do not rule out “losses” of votes for other forces. The problem was most significant in Arabkir.

In addition, there is another problem. In the polling stations where the turnout was astonishingly higher than 80%, the votes of the Armenia bloc were sharply higher, 43% in average.  In particular, polling stations 20/51, 26/41, 29/50, 33/31, 33/55, 35/23, 35/32, 35/33, 35/41, 35/60 look very problematic. There were no cameras in almost all of those polling stations. Anomalies in the results in these polling stations may be due to both illegal influence on voters and other fraud. Usually, such correlations occur when voters are forcibly brought to polling station by a force (in this case, the Armenia bloc). All of these issues should be properly addressed by the relevant Territorial Electoral Commissions.
