A military plane, which belongs to the “Turkish Stars” (Türk Yıldızları) military pilot group crashed near the central Turkish city of Konya, Turkish Sabah reports. According to the newspaper, the military vehicle crashed during a training flight. The source initially said that it was an F-16 Fighting Falcon, but then it was mentioned that the Northrop F-5 fighter crashed. The search and rescue operations of the pilot continue at the site, where the crash took place.
