04.03.2021 | 12:25There are grounds to suppose that the defeat in Nagorno Karabakh was planned by the Armenian authorities. This was stated by former Armenian President Robert Kocharian in an interview with Russian media, Sputnik reports.
According to him, this issue has been raised more than once, both during the war and after it, by two colonels-general, the third president, and many other people.
However, no question was ever given a clear explanation.
“For example, why was the general mobilization stopped on the third day of the war, which assumed the replenishment of the Armed Forces? Why didn’t the Prime Minister accept Vladimir Putin’s offer on October 19th, when he knew on the fourth day of the war that we would lose the war (as reported by the General Staff),” Kocharyan said.
He noted that these are reports about the crime, which the investigative bodies should deal with. “There are serious grounds to believe that this defeat was planned,” Kocharyan said.
